Substitution Policy

For "Same day" orders due to availability of certain flowers substitutions may be made for the same or Greater Value and colors will be accurately matched.

CANCELATION POLICY / RETURN
Cancelations are allowed 30 minutes after order has been place, cancelations will result in a partial refund of 50%, after 30 minute time frame is over if an order is canceled full amount will be charged
